1. Pre-Order System & Window
We work with a pre-order system.
Ascended will open a limited pre-order window on March 28, 2026. It will be available for 10 days.

This allows us to collect all orders at once and move into production immediately minimising wait times as much as possible .

2. How to Pre-Order 

• All pieces will be available on the website with full details.

• Select your size and complete your order as usual.

• Payment is taken upfront to reserve your piece in production.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email right after purchase.

3. Production & Delivery

• Once the window closes, production begins based on the exact quantities ordered.
